Established in 2016
Tech-Savvy was founded by Courtney Hamilton in 2016 while finishing up his bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems. During the COVID Pandemic, he saw an opportunity to come back to the DFW area and level the (tech) playing field in minority communities. Our core team has over 50 years of experience in education and technology. Our values are integrity, discipline, curiosity, and resiliency.
Courtney Hamilton is a native of Dallas, TX. The Oak Cliff area is where he was raised in the early years of his life before moving back and forth between San Antonio during his high school years. Hamilton served 1 term in the U.S. Navy, then graduated with a B.S. (CIS) from MSU Denver. He has 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer and within the last two years has moved into cybersecurity; holding engineering positions with both Fortinet and Palo Alto networks, two leaders in the industry. In his free time he loves to coach basketball.
